1. Fee should be paid for the following months.

2. Head Office: If fees is not deposited in the prescribed month ie: by 15th April (First instalment) 15th July (Second instalment), 15th October (Third Instalment), 15th January (Fourth Instalment), then fine of Rs. 100/-will be charged for every next 15 days. for example

*If fee is still not deposited the name of the child will be struck off. Thereafter readmission will have to be taken.

3. Branch Office: If fees is not deposited in the prescribed month i.e., By 20th April (first instalment), 20th July (Second instalment), 20th October (Third Instalment), 20th January (fourth instalment) then fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged for next 10 days. If fee is still not deposited then the penalty will be Rs. 200/- otherwise the name of the child will be struck off. Thereafter readmission will have to be taken.

4. No deductions are made for vacations and broken periods.

5. A fine of Rs. 50/-will be charged for issue of new fee book.

6. Before the withdrawal of the pupil a month's fee in lieu of notice is required.
